The fraudulent solicitation may include a variation of the following message and may be sent from any of the following email addresses: fcfgbuffet@gmail.com or ericconnor19@hotmail.com: “Hi, My name is Howard G. Buffett, A philanthropist the CEO and Chairman of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation Charitable Foundation, one of the largest private foundations in the world. I believe strongly in ‘giving while living’ I had one idea that never changed in my mind — that you should use your wealth to help people and i have decided to secretly give {$1,500,000.00} One Million Five Hundred Thousand United Dollars, to randomly selected individuals worldwide. On receipt of this email, you should count yourself as the lucky individual. Your email address was chosen online while searching at random. The fraudulent solicitation may include a variation on the following message and may be sent from hwb14.83@gmail.com: “How are you doing together with your family and your real estate business? I am privately looking for fiduciary agents and management experts who will be willing to act as investment portfolio holders and administrators on my behalf. I wish to invite you to participate as broker or agent to my equity investment portfolio management program with a primary focus on private, public and commercial equity in any part of the world with US$100 Million private and corporate investment portfolios. Currently, I have a back-log of an Excess Maximum Return Capital Profit (EMRCP) of an average of 20% on Agricultural Investment in Africa under my administration and control as I am working with U.S. Department of Agriculture under President Barack Obama.
